It has been 7 years since I've posted anything here, since I've had any presence here. My life and work has changed since then in so many ways. So has this site, and I'm interested to see how the community(ies) have changed/progressed as well. I moved back to NYC in the winter/beginning of 2013, back to the UES, in a railroad apartment on the first floor. It was small (all of me couldn't fit in the shower at one time), with tall ceilings, and situated close to Carl Shurtz Park, which is a beautifully quiet refuge from the city's chaos and noise. I spent two years there, got hired at an ad agency doing all forms of graphic design, and did what I could to keep creating, keep my art going in such a cramped and limited space. Admittedly, I didn't do all that much with my work as my life was in a constant state of turmoil and...overwhelming negativity. I did, however, stop taking on commissions in mid 2015 which helped end the "schizophrenic" or multiple-personality aspects of my body of
